   Many years ago someone online instructed me in how to open umbrellas. At first, I thought it was a positive for me but then I figured out that it wasn't a positive for me and I didn't do it any more.
   
   I know you know what I am talking about, so humor me, and not make this a time consuming project for me --- are gifs used in the internet world the same way (or similar) to umbrellas?
