   I’ve had 4 iPhones and never had an issue. Drop them all the time. Never freeze up.

   I still have my ipod that i bought like 10yrs ago (not the touch screen one) and altho the screen no longer displays what music is playing it works wonderfully otherwise and the battery life is out of this world after all these yrs.

    Back when I worked for Compaq we partnered with Lexmark printers...I was sent to Lexmark up in ermmm...Kentucky... I think it was.
    
    I found out there that their Inkjet printers had self destruct code in them...after so many prints (don't remember exact number but for low end ones it was something like 10,0000 pages) they stopped working... Intentional so you'd go buy another one...obviously not something that was made public.
    
    If you remember the "bigfoot" hard drives back in the late 90s Compaq used in all their shitty computers those too were known duds. I remember reading the document about them that spoke of 40% + known failure rate but we'd bought a shit load so keep using them.
