On what grounds? The statute of limitations is a thing, and there is no evidence whatsoever to corroborate this victim's claim, beside her own word. There could never conceivably be a conviction, and there could never be evidence that he didn't do it either. -

No it's not their job to get involved in minor unreported incidents...a teen grabbing a tit isn't something the FBI should EVER be involved in investigating...especially 36 yrs after the fact..that's what the local cops are for. Their job (the FBI) is to do the background check on the adult in question..which they've done...6 times.
Add to that a private citizen cant "demand" the FBI investigate anything... -

@Soy they are, I'm not assuming he's guilty nor am I assuming she is lying. I'm listening/watching the hearing and I'll decide for myself what I think, not that what I think means squat but I feel it's only fair not to pre-judge. WAY to many are doing that already and most are those who opinions DO matter who are on the Judicial Committee. It pisses me off for both Kavanaugh and Ford. This is traumatic for both them and their families -
