so it's not exclusively white. except for maybe North Dakota.
When it comes to raping of ADULTS, I do think that the rate among blacks VS Whites goes up much more yes. I'm talking sex crimes against children here. -

That brings up a good point.
Most black males are probably in jail already or dead...not enough black rapists to go around etc. -

This is what I mean
Children include 13-14 as well. lots of whites, fewer blacks but enough to clearly show it's not an exclusive thing in the white race. Asians and Hispanics too. and also, the kids are less likely to report it.
White kids are taught to report immediately. and because it's a crime of opportunity, the victims usually know their attackers. but once in a while, kids are just randomly dragged off the street -

2018-09-19 at 8:39 PM UTCI mean if it's a predisposed thing then there's nothing we can do about it, if it's wiring in the brain, there's nothing we can do about it short of rewiring, but thats more less impossible in a global scale. The same way blacks seem to be predisposed to other criminal activity. Is it ingrained? Is it their upbringing? Can they help it any more or less more than a child rapist can help their desires to rape children? Nature VS nurture I suppose.
