for me to say anything against my mom would have caused a lot of conflict in the family. It was much better to just find other ways to deal with how I felt. she'll never be any different. she's still that way. -

This. I thought I was bad until I met the dude referenced in my post about my house getting raided.
It felt like having a glimpse into what I would have become if I wouldn't have chosen to put the shit down three years ago.
I guess that's what scared me so much about it, I was falling back into it and with someone in the house that had almost anything at any time I knew I wouldn't last long. -

I was pretty bad but the people around me were even worse, it was only after dealing with the absolute soul sucking stupidity of junkies over and over that I realized it just wasn't worth it. If they sold heroin in walmart I might get hooked again but FUCK EVER DEALING WITH A JUNKIE AGAIN.
I am never sitting in a park for 8 hours waiting for a call from a dumbass that either passed out/overdosed/died/went to jail. im extremely firm in this feeling which is why im under no delusions that I'll suddenly become an addict. it would take so much desperation for me to even consider that an option. maybe in the early days, waiting several hours for some dope seems like a decent trade off, but the more times you do it the less appealing it it. -

lmao I'm naturally a rogue type person but on benzos its retarded. one time I was at a birthday party for a friend, already drunk, ate some kpins, tried to steal many bottles of booze and even random people's backpacks and things. next day I woke up with all this random shit and had a very awkward conversation. no harm no foul though, and in the end I got to keep the bottles -
