I gag everytime I see lobster or crab
I can once in a great blue moon go to a place like Monterey and get a bread bowl of Clam Chowder. I love Potato Chowter and you can make it with a beef sausage rather than Ham or Clams or Oysters.
I love Squid and Calamari and though I havn't had it since the last meal I shared with Inlaws some years back, I love Abalone. They steamed it with spices but I liked the breaded (Smashed abalone with a metal mallet thingy) that some cousins/uncle thing did.
Abalone feeds as well at some lodge I would be taken too (Which cooked it the same way)
Abalone isn't really a shellfish even though it looks like an oyster shell.. it's related more to a sea snail.
this makes it exempt from shellfish I guess which usually makes me feel sick. I think I might be allergic to it.
I don't understand why you think that sea-spider looks good. they're scavangers and eat dead skin from fish and poop off the rocks of the bottom of the sea floor.
Clams are like sea enhancements. it's like eating the enhancement out of your car.
way to gross to think about it. Abalone eats plankton and sea plants and occasionally fish (From what i read) they're not anything like oysters or clams (which are muscles)
