   Absolutely NOT. Prisoners shouldn't get to have ANYTHING except a few breads a day and a few waters. The rest of the time should be spent in solitary confinement with NOTHING. NO CLOTHES, NO BOOKS, NO MATTRESS, NO BLANKETS, NO FUCKING ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
