go to the subreddit for schizophrenia and see how many people talk about similar shit to you, the biggest problem for schizos is that they have no idea they are schizo and can't know until they get put on medication. If you get involuntarily committed you can't own guns anymore and its kind of a bad deal that can actually take away some of your constitutional rights. If you go on your own then your all good, just go talk to a dr and see what they say, you don't want to get your rights taken away. I've been befriending and helping homeless schizos for like almost ten years now and my experience is much more valuable than a little stint in a psych ward. You've got problems and you need to get checked out. I know you won't but you really should, it would make your life better.

The fact that they are so intrinsically violent is a heavy indicator, but instead people blame it on poverty and environment.
