Think about it folks... ccitizens are just supposed to know what the laws are n the consequences if you break them... there was never a course in junior high or high school that told us about them... how are people supposed to know ? The government should not count on parents informing their kids... what are your thoughts on this?

People get in trouble for breaking laws they had no idea existed all the time. The legal maxim is "ignorance of the law is no excuse for breaking it", and it has to be that way because otherwise you could just claim "lol I didn't know murder was illegal".
Also the government like having you break the law from time to time, and having what exactly constitutes an offense be ambiguous, as that gives them leeway to punish you - or let you off - whenever they feel like it. It's called anarcho-tyranny.

In my school they did. They taught us every day. And then again on Sundays, I'd go to church to learn about it some more. You Godless heathens.

Schools are pieces of shit. The teachers were the biggest bullies, and the people I feared the most.

Personal responsibility, it's up to you to learn what's ok and what is not...not some local government paid liberal who thinks Columbus discovered America.

Most of what I was taught was that Hitler was bad. Not even joking. It's a wonder that they didn't fit it into chemistry class somehow.
"Put the essay on my table tomorrow and don't forget about Hitler!"
