If some states have their way, it will soon be them who will end up losing their life.
For example, in Indiana:
(i) A person is justified in using reasonable force against a public servant if the person reasonably believes the force is necessary to:
(1) protect the person or a third person from what the person reasonably believes to be the imminent use of unlawful force;
(2) prevent or terminate the public servant's unlawful entry of or attack on the person's dwelling, curtilage, or occupied motor vehicle; or
(3) prevent or terminate the public servant's unlawful trespass on or criminal interference with property lawfully in the person's possession, lawfully in possession of a member of the person's immediate family, or belonging to a person whose property the person has authority to protect.
(4) the person reasonably believes the public servant is:
(A) acting lawfully; or
(B) engaged in the lawful execution of the public servant's official duties.
(k) A person is not justified in using deadly force against a public servant whom the person knows or reasonably should know is a public servant unless:
(1) the person reasonably believes that the public servant is:
(A) acting unlawfully; or
(B) not engaged in the execution of the public servant's official duties; and
(2) the force is reasonably necessary to prevent serious bodily injury to the person or a third person.

2018-08-21 at 3:05 PM UTCThe 2nd Amendment isn't there so you can protect yourself from thieves and robbers, it's there specifically to give you protection from an overreaching tyrannical government. And the 4th Amendment exists to provide you protection against unlawful search and seizures by same.

i know what you're getting at spectral. you're my friend but im waaaaaaaay to poor and have a criminal record to where i would never be able to pull of something like that with the courts.
You actually remind me of a friend who likes to play devils advocate knowing very well if i took his advice i could die.
"is it the cop or am i the one that's really dangerous"
i believe in questioning authority but it can easily back fire on you.
just look at where we are at with the 9/11 anniversary coming up, technically i could sue the united states for war crimes against humanity but that would never stand up in court.
just look what they did at sandy hook and jfk. -

In supreme court they do. Lawyers included.
Frogs literally committed domestic terrorism over English signs and the war measures act was brought in.
Gaybec was a puritanical French society run by the catholic church until the 50s or 60s and then when they were liberated the guys jumped on motor bikes and the girls jumped on every dick they could find. Now they're hard left and have a ton of unions and social programs but it works relatively well. Hate Muslims tho.
Interesting note, some provinces had a surprisingly large number of both formal and informal ku Klux Klan chapters and orange lodges for the expressed purpose of getting rid of Catholicism I.e. frog removal. Around the late 80s they petered out but there are museums you can go to and find orange and ku Klux logbooks and find out if your fanily was part of it.
Mine was. My grandparents were Scottish immigrants who apparently hated French people more than the English and joined the orange tide hoping to wipe them out. -
