No. If there is no ill intent, you haven't hacked anything. For example, you enter an URL address in your browser, but you enter it wrong, and the unexpected result is that you end up in the webmaster's root directory. You didn't hack the server, you merely accidentally fell into it. If you have no intent to circumvent, then you haven't really hacked anything. -

This is correct and true ...
On the other hand, however --- if you 'intended' to enter that URL and fell into the webmasters files etc then you are guilty of hacking -- accident or not. -
