Also why would you eat steak that much? That's a shitstorm of sodium, cholesterol(the bad kid), saturated fat, and really setting up for heart failure.
I know it's long, but that video I posted is what initially got me interested in this diet. Unfortunately, nobody who's done this diet has had blood work done, so after a month I will be getting a blood test to see if it's impacted anything negatively. -
2018-08-07 at 7:20 AM UTCYou're eating nothing but steak and you're not sure if it will impact you negatively? You also claim high level IQ?

2018-08-07 at 8:14 AM UTCQuestioning a group's IQ level in that manner certainly indicates you view yourself to be significantly higher.
So flex that brain power and mix some chicken and fish in yo diet, niggarachi. -

Yes, I am significantly higher than 90. Which is exactly the point you missed yet again. There's a lot of range higher than 90 that doesn't qualify anywhere near genius. -
2018-08-07 at 9:40 AM UTCWell, my moist vaginal counterpart, if you had an IQ significantly higher than that you'd know better. Which doesn't appear to be the case. Sort of seems to be the point you're missing.
Can't blame this one on your mother... ;) -

BTW, I've started taking vitamin c supplements starting today for scurvy-related reasons.
Bc who am I to stop you from making a fool out of yourself? 😉
But yes you feel great at first and if you have any issues your body seems to "reset" itself.
Eventually, biology wins. You need carbohydrates, you need animal protein and you need fat. -

What do you mean by your body resets itself? In what context? -
