Then say that in the first place you mutt.
If the phone is stolen or not originally on VF it will lock. In this case it also may be the phone can't even be used on this freq depending where he got it...if it's it's legal just do a factory reset and get a new SIM and number. -

We don't have a clue what way they unlocked the phone. We don't even know what type of phone it is. -

not a stolen phone, just a cheap smart phone i bought to teather my laptop with. but it came locked to vodafone but they're fucking expensive as shit and don't offer unlimited data like giffgaff do. so i got it unlocked and switched, now i get unlimited data, texts and calls for £20 a month. i think vodafone charge 30 a month and still cap you at 20gb, which i could use in less than a week.

i know, there are many sites online too but i prefer to be there in person in case the code they have doesn't work or summing. i wouldn't trust most online providers to reimburse you if it didn't.

2018-07-23 at 3:35 PM UTCYou also need the correct IMEI entered into the billing account, or you could have issues with your service codes.

IDK. form the screenshot you posted it looked like a simcard pin request.

2018-07-29 at 3:23 PM UTCNetwork SIM lock. Only the carrier can unlock this. There are a half dozen programs out there that claim to do it, but don't waste your time. Only the carrier can SIM unlock this.
EDIT: Also, holy shit. Potato camera.
