I agree with SpectraL on the food years ago.
Some of it though is Spec and I getting older. He's probably 10 plus years older than I am. so I don't remember what I ate in 1968. I was like 2-3 years old. but taste buds burn out too.
but I do remember Burger King burgers tasting like real flame broiled. like chared taste that tasted hella awesome. now they just taste soggy and too much fillers in the meat.
I heard Taco Bell literally put paper fiber (sawdust) in their meat. but that's just a good fiber that makes you shit like crazy.. my problem is, was it pure wood fiber or something recyled with chemicals in it. they aren't doing it anymore.
McDonalds or MacDonalds (I remember McDonalds) may have some venders out of China who were found to literally have humans stripped of their organs and bones and then grounded up to be mixed in with meat. instead of burying them. they were harvested and their flesh was sold to one company that mixed them in with beef and other animals to make ground meat. that vender may have sold some of that "pink slime" to American and other MacDonalds around the nation.
or so the story goes. I have not eaten at McDee's since this. Although I have bought a chocolate shake from them. because they're the best.

I totally I agree, I just thought it was kind of a funny contrast. I don't really think it makes sense to put Kaczynski on a left/right political spectrum. Like maybe you could think of primitivism as a kind of ultra conservatism to evolutionary origins but the fact that the term "leftist" was featured prominently in industrial society and its future often gets him classified as a right winger of some kind which is kinda funny/sad.

what kinds of changes can u recall over the years hung?
I've noticed a change in the bean burritos at Taco Bell. And of course lots of grocery foods which I won't touch anymore with a ten-foot fork.

I don't drink milk, so I can't notice. I mean what they say about hormones added into milk nowadays. Lotsa stuff goin on they trynna hide from us, tho that I do know. But I do notice the difference sadly and what's even sadder is we can't do anything about it.

I disagree that these food changes have put millenials at a disadvantage. I believe that too many parents let video games, tv, and computers babysit their kids. We’re in an age where it can be scary to walk out our front door, depending on where we live. Parents instilled those fears in their children.
Put the phone down, get away from the tv and computer, and go outside. It’s a whole other world out there!
