    I don't think that's ever how it worked right? Like if you read the last page of a thread it won't turn up in your subscriptions until there's a new post in that thread.

    I didn't screen cap it but it's now working the way it was before. don't ask me why. but I could clearly see people were posting in the threads and it didn't inform me. but that big button was there. the one that says "mark as read" or whatever it says (without clicking on it first and coming back to this reply)

    Hmm, I did push one fix to it maybe 30 minutes after initially deploying the feature. There shouldn't really have been a noticeable difference but I guess it's possible that indirectly fixed some other issue. If you see the same problem again let me know and I'll take a look at it.
