   I haven't even followed much this particular case, tbh. Cynical as I am, when it comes to politics and secret services - althought I do like to read about these subjects a lot - I kinda take it for granted that it happens.

   I noticed the first discrepancy it lists is the DNC server (just adding info)
   
   During former FBI director James Comey’s testimony to the House Intelligence Committee, Comey was asked whether the FBI had ever received the DNC’s hacked hardware.
   
   He said they did not, but obtained access from a review of the system performed by CrowdStrike, a third-party cybersecurity firm.
   
   "We got the forensics from the pros that they hired which -- again, best practice is always to get access to the machines themselves, but this, my folks tell me, was an appropriate substitute," Comey said.
   
   DNC spokeswoman Adrienne Watson told PolitiFact that the DNC cooperated with the FBI’s requests, which resulted in the DNC providing a copy of their server.
   
   "An image of a server is the best thing to use in an investigation so that your exploration of the server does not change the evidence (just like you don’t want investigators leaving their own DNA around a physical crime scene) and so that the bad actors cannot make changes to the evidence while you are looking at it," Watson said. "Any suggestion that they were denied access to what they wanted for their investigation is completely incorrect."
   
   So I'm not sure how much stock I'd put in that blog unless you look at several sources

   I think with point 2, he doubts Crowdstrike abilities. But I'm not sure if that is in ref. with DNC server.
   Is there anyplace (I mean to read) where they have all the info. available on the case?
   
   Edit: I'm reading the indictment and this made me laugh to be honest and I find it quite surprising.

   I mean really? Why would you do that?
   I'm not a computer&HiTech expert by any means, but even I don't follow those instructions. I've had a couple on gmail.
   
   A part from how inept Crowdstrike looks in this entire process, which I agree. This part is very interesting and he's right about it too.
   
   

   A careful read of the indictment reveals a level of detail that could only have been obtained from intelligence sources (which means that information would be invalidated if the defendants ever decide to challenge the indictment) or it was provided by an unreliable third party.
   How do we know the names of the 12 Russian GRU officers? The Russians do not publish directories of secret organizations. Where did this information come from?

   I remember reading documents from crowdstrike at the time that made no technical sense and got the distinct impression they were making things up to suit a narrative, but it was long enough ago now that I can't remember any specifics
