   There are many websites offering live streaming links for the WC matches.
   The problem with them is that many, or some at least, do carry viruses. I don't use streaming often, so I can't say which websites are the best and secure.
   
   I guess if you had a VPN subscription and connect to a VPN server in the UK (for english commentary), or anywhere else, this will give you full access.
   
   Mediaset here in Italy is secure and transimiting for free. But you need to get around geoblocking.
   I'm not sure if Hola would do the job for that. Normally it works for me with Russian channels, I use for Figure Skating.

   I do have a VPN...but most sites are crap like you said. I'll just hit an English or Italian pub on the road or use a motel. I know a lot of Italians...one will come through. Lol.

    Yep, again BBC Iplayer will be streaming it but you need to be in the UK (or behind a UK VPN) to use iplayer.
