    There was one meat store which got shut down because the owner was killing chickens at the back in the alley...when the inspector checked the police thought someone was murdered because he cut all his meat there claiming it was too hot inside.

    You should also never wash meat in the sink, especially poultry. The slime gets in the crevices of the sink and on utensils already in there and salmonella forms.

    Having a clean kitchen is essential if you choose to eat your chicken raw or medium-rare. I usually rinse everything down with TCP when I'm done cooking/making the salad.

    i live in some 3rd world country.

    i dont have a fridge or a washing machine. and no air conditioning.
