The one you think exists.
And then the real one.

fyi, I think powerlabs that did an experiment using capacitors to charge a 'portable' railgun and the only way they could cycle it in a reasonable timeframe was using a 4cylinder car engine and alternator.
PS. I just remembered - pretty sure the output wattage given on lasers is calculated based on the beam and has nothing to do with the power supply driving it
capacitors unload faster than batteries could.
batteries depended on chemical reaction to make their electricity, capacitors already have it stored and ready for discharge.
and their lighter so that maybe we can design it like ammo and pack them together in a magazine,
and yeass, the wattage of a lazer is calculated based on the power of its beam. -

volts are meassured, based on amps, based on watts based on.. isn't there a basic formula that links them all to have a proper flow so you don't fry something out. -

yea, the VRI thing.
but just becos your battery is capable of providing 50W/minute doesnt mean that your circuitry is 100% efficient and can out put all that power the battery can pump in.
some of them are bound to be lost in the circuitry as heat or sound. that high voltage capacitor charging sound you hear when your camera flash is charging itself ....
yea that. -

Still hot Candy...probably the same there. So do pace yourself...even nurses getting dehydrated and ill. Just take it easy...don't forget to drink. Still going out riding...nice day overall. 💕
Too bad about Christopher Reeves...he wasn't a bad actor. We watched Morning Glory last night and also not too bad. A love affair during the Depression years...worth a watch.
