That can mean people who don't like them, laws that they break, not having enough money, not having a good job, etc.
None really regarded hatred towards whites as racism, which seems like hypocrisy until you realise how different the dynamics between how the two races deal with the other are.
For instance blacks steal from whites - but it's not racism because whites have better stuff and owe blacks something. Blacks dont trust other blacks, and that's not racism cos theyre all black.

it's been changing lately - ((certain people)) have been trying to redefine racism to mean institutional bias, ie. anti white racism is impossible because the 'institution is white'. you can't be racist toward whites because 'they have all the power'.

Both places financially supported blacks and had massive black immigration while whites ran them.
