2018-06-27 at 3:39 PM UTCAhhh my knee probably. Yea, from walking around the building, during breaks and lunch, without changing into sneakers. At least I think thatβs what itβs from. Itβs feeling slightly better, thanks for asking. π

Lets have a look at it, also include the upper thigh area as pain often travels... -

2018-06-27 at 5:03 PM UTCWalking...for short periods of time...WITH THE WRONG TYPE OF SHOE...makes my knee hurt...ON OCCASION....yes.
And good afternoon to you too, Fin. -
2018-06-27 at 5:14 PM UTCOne leg shorter than the other or you pulled something. A simple measure try a lift cushion in the shoe on the side you get pain and see if it helps. Let Tyron grab your knee with his hand from the front and press both sides with his fingers standing and sitting. If there is pain there's inflammation...if not it's probably due to pulled muscle or similar. May even be at the hip or back originating from. I may have to do a full physical to be sure with wine...let me know. Lol.

Ok problem solved...yet women who switch from high heels to sandals usually have the most problems. At 6'3" I love my custom Adidas MI UltraBoost shoes and never a problem. Go with what feels good or let me do a physical if pain returns. Lol. -
2018-06-27 at 5:32 PM UTCWhat's custom about them?

Sidi use to make my cycling shoes for me with cleats. They still made them for me when I left Europe and I bought them direct from the company. But now I order them from a specialty shop overseas of a guy I know and at the same time order the Adidas. You can buy regular Customs from any place...but from the specialty shop you can remove and add things at a cost and yet he won't do it it for everyone. RunnerTune in Germany has good ones and I still think you can customize them as you wish. -
