Idk man, if you've lost a lot of weight the only way to get rid of loose skin is through surgery. weightlifting and building muscle only does so much.

On youtube there is this guy who goes by obesetobeast honestly he kinda annoys me but he lost a ton of weight and is actually in really good shape but his loose skin looks terrible and surgery is the only option to get rid of it.
once you start losing over 150 pounds I feel like the loose skin problem comes into play. Ive lost about 75lbs over the past two years and have very minimal loose skin if any

I’ve got extra testosterone naturally as it is, that’s why I don’t lift weights. I already am halfway to man muscles if I didn’t have a layer of fat over them still. Or did y’all forget when I owned jiggaboos flexin pic?
I do weighted squats and heavy lifting every day, but never without a purpose like some faggot gym rat.

& no, no amount of extra muscle will tighten anything. Just make me larger in general, which I am avoiding at all costs. I lost my weight over the past ten years, while I was still pretty young, so I don’t have saggy skin like anyone over 25 who’s lost over 30lbs
