good morning Y'all.
had to toss out 60 mushroom blocks yesterday,, kinda bummed as it was spossed to be a 60 lb week but I only got 20 lbs,, buying new hepa enhancements next week with hope its part the problem,, its also the heat anyhing above 65 degrees grown all kinda of mold n stuff that kills substrate,, looks like half of last weeks blocks are turning bad also,,
good news is I have the best restaurants in 3 citys buying my mushrooms at my asking price of 10 per lb,, I have orders for 40 lbs a week and bi weekly orders from several smaller eaterys for 5 lbs each.
this venture can work out profitable once I get upgraded to better equipment,, every restaurant I have been to has raved about how nice my mushrooms are,, they say they are the best they have ever seen
look lady's,, u need to wash ur cooters 3 times every day
