   well guys, I know you have all been on the edge of your seats waiting to hear how the mushroom sterilization system is working out.
   I was delayed getting it fired up dew to the need to scrub all the tanks one more time before the first burn so I got that done yesterday and loaded the barrel with the bags of substrate, Fired it up a few hrs ago and its up to 110 in the bags , as long as I don't melt the firebox and lose the steam barrel I think its going to work perfectly, other than having to feed the fire every 5 min for 20 hrs.
   
   Its going to be a long day but I'll stop by every now and again to keep y'all updated.
   
   
   Relax tho its going to take alllll day
