Depending on which provider you're on SS may or may not add the KNOX feature as it does on Tabs…it's old software which doesn't mesh well with Android Version 7 if it's loaded. Has a tendency to lock without notice or make it impossible to remove info from the vault. Disable if possible or just don't use it. Most root the phone and remove all garbage without bricking it. Some SS phones allow only one SIM code unlock from original provider and if you try again with a new company it may lock itself where you need another SS-M code.

There are no back doors on Chinese phones…still I would worry more about back doors on mobile networks or using Chinese parts on military communication without stock piling during a war. Makes more sense using S Korean and Japanese parts or sticking to allies. North Korea on the other has a complete mobile system run by Orascom and Chinese phones and no one has any privacy. Lol.
