   Having said this you were conditioned to believe the first woman is beautiful simply because she's thinner where in many countries bigger is more beautiful. It's not measurable...it's your bias preference and just because the population is programmed to think this way doesn't mean the individual is actually beautiful. Honestly I find them both unattractive and without speaking to them I'll never know. For example the majority of North Koreans were taught and conditioned to believe that all Americans are ugly...the logical ones in the minority know this isn't true. Measuring strictly by visual has limited value...like every painting having a different opinion based on preferance or what you see. Now in terms of FAT is this ugly in medical or health terms causing problems...Yes. Still this doesn't make the person ugly or beautiful...that is your preference and seeing just a pic measures very little.

   Also the "media" is a relatively new thing as a form of mass communication. Historically it wasn't around when beauty was defined...take a look at the Venus De Milo or Michelangelo's David...not much in the way of fupas on them is there...lolol
