    Seriously, if you get a headache most people take an aspirin or tylenol to "mask" and temporarily relieve the real problem. An example is if you drink too much and wake up with a banging head ache, do you know why? Because you are dehydrated most likely. The fix is to get re-hydrated, it's not because you are lacking aspirin or tylenol in your body.

    Same thing applies to all those pills you take. Your body isn't lacking medicine for ails, it's your diet! Eat better and exercise moderately and you can kiss all those damn meds goodbye, Or don't!
