The Tao is an ancient Chinese concept of a higher concept or law that underlies the universe.
The Tao is "Eternally Nameless": difficult to summarize in words, it is not a discrete idea or object of thought, but must rather be observed through the motion of life.
To know the Tao, one must learn to remain in touch with their intuition and see the Tao in a situation. The idea of Tao can be applied to any activity: it is simply the path one walks while in touch with Tao.
