   I think that was the whole point of the study...with an exploding abortion rate it somehow influenced the natural birth rate of healthy females which is something to think about. You're right population explosion isn't good and yet once you try to stop it the species can die. China for example have invested in Africa for their precious metals and yet the real plan is to set up colonies there due to over population. Yet, their only goal is world domination and unlike Russia they don't care who can be fed or not...in fact read about all the ghost cities which were built in China and totally empty. They have roads, buildings, schools, hospitals and infrastruce and yet no one can afford to live there. Residents prefer to live in cheap slums and the planning was horrendous.
