    I love red cabbage.. but again, a good cabbage to cook with is Bach-choi while a head of cabbage is good for slaw and sandwichs if you make it like slaw.. shredded with at least mayo if not carrots mixed in.

    I don't know what it is. I mean most of the foods we have in the USA came from Europe or some other place (or seeds to plant it here) so if there is a type of African Cabbage I probably already had it in California. We can grow shit year round in the climet out here unlike the 3-4 months in the midwest.

    I think I may of had a western or Ethiopian cabbage stew at my friend Marks house. His father "Marc" would make all kinds of dishes and stuff, being a chef and all. from different areas of the world. I think he was part Greek and he was like half African (not sure if he was Congolese or Kenyan but one of those countries) but not in decades. so am I a racist for not wanting foods of African? is that what you're trying to ask. most likely I have and not liking it wouldn't make me racist.
