   this book is fucking cool af, 'What every BODY is saying' by some ex fbi dude. i'm like 3 chapters in and i'm engrossed. reading atm about how much our feet and legs give away about how we are feeling and even intending.

   I never will forget in high school this bitch ass hag teacher I had started talking about body language one day. She singles me out because I had my legs crossed and my arms crossed. And she goes on and on about how that meant I was shutting myself off and that I wasn’t comfortable with my surroundings. That I was probably shy and timid, yadda yadda.
   
   And I was like no ho maybe I’m just cold. Did you ever think of that? I acted a fucking fool the rest of the semester.

   I learned long ago that the way you approach people determines if you will be accepted or refused regardless why you're doing it. The way you walk, frown, stare, behave, dress, etc., sets a pretty accurate view of who you are in general and what you like...throw in if you're nervous or not or calm and you can either deceive people or show them you fear them. Pretty much what fighters do to analize opponents and what Joe Pistone had to do when he went undercover. Even though he was Italian brought up on the the street he had to learn how to perfect his walk, speech and mannerisms to fool wiseguys and act the part.
   
   If you've never seen this before Richard K ( The Ice Man ) the mob hitman who killed 200 people being interviewed by a Dr...signs he's a psycho are there and still he can be calm.
