   you can't really 'set the amps' on a battery; you'd typically hook it up to a transformer. As I understand it you can adjust the voltage through the transformer but not the amperage.
   
   that said I've never tried to electrocute someone so I have no idea what settings you'd use

    one way is to reduce the resistance. im not posting details but a hint/start is how execution victims are prepped...as in saline solution for conduction. its a step or two beyond that...
    
    another way is that once the battery runs out of 'juice'...or if the battery is already dead...the liquid H2SO4 can be used in various innovative ways to induce new and exciting reactions from the chew-toy.
