Ok with minimal effort I found this, but digging up the origin and pedigree would be a bit more work. Just take my word for it that he said it, and save me the trouble of having to waste my time fucking around looking for the original post that contains this quote.

it was the only time i've spoken in real time to a totse/zoklet/whatever person.
That reminds me of some kind of totse conference call using some program I can't remember way back when.
It somehow managed to work with dialup and I could hear everyone well, talked for a minute then discovered to my horror that everyone could tell I was a little kid (5th, 6th grade at the time?). -
