Do you have rubbery or gluey stools? And are they lighter in color and friggn longer than oak trees? I started eating basically vegetarian, not because I care about animals, I don't, but because I'm a cheap ass and don't like to spend more money for meat.
You have the most experience with this stuff

If rubbery and gluey it means the system is usually cleansing. If stools sink means less proper digestion and if they float better. Longer is also better than numerous short stools or watery. If stools are very hard you need more quality fiber or certain foods are causing the problem.

Hope it works out for you. Going totally vegetarian didn't work for me as I was use to carbo loading when I cycled and had to modify. Mostly veggies and alkaline fruits now, some dairy, non fat meats and fish, lower amounts of vegetable pasta, small amounts of ancient grain breads and no junk with water. Eating to blood type works for me more than others and causes no lows. I cheat sometimes and try to keep at around 200 lbs due to height.

where is he any way? i was enjoying reading his posts and he has me seriously considering giving up meat. i never thought anyone could ever make me consider that. i am very thankful for that.
