Well, they restored a whole area of the game that kinda caps off one of your companion's storylines - that's the biggest thing.
It fixes an exploit where you could use shields/buffs before getting into duels where they're forbidden to make the fights super easy.
And I'm pretty sure it adds the ability to teach jedi companions force forms/certain force abilities that you've learned.
To be fair it's been a long time since I played it unmodded, so there's probably some obvious stuff I'm overlooking. And I'm sure there's a bunch of behind the scenes quality of life stuff that I didn't pick up on (like crash inducing bugs that disappeared). It's totally worth it for the restored content alone though.
One thing it doesn't fix - if you play too long in one sitting it'll start fast forwarding through dialog randomly. Which is fucky, but it's an unsolveable issue with rhe engine.
