   My new DL looks the same as my old license except that the lamination is a bit different. The old one seems to be more of a pouch that actually seals from the back to the front. The new one seems like it was diepunched out.
   
   Also, the printing of the photo is a bit different. Under a magnify glass, there is a special printing method that I had down for the old one but need to redo.
