   their needs to be a city ordense who says that it is unlawful or illegal for ANY AND ALL EMERGENCY SIRENS e.g. cops, fire , paramedic sirens to be heard PAST THE LATE HOURS ---- 11pm 12pm all the way up to 9am if those sirens are being heard during those times those emergency personel need to pay a HEFFTY FINE!!!!! LOUD SIRENS HEARD LATE AT NIGHT IS CALLED DISBURBING THE PEACE!!!! THEIR NO NEED FOR SIRENS TO BE HEARD LATE AT NIGHT ........THOSE EMERGENCY PERSONEL CAN USE THEIR LIGHTS INSTEAD OF SIRENS!!! PEOPLE NEED TO SLEEP AND GET UP EARLY FOR WORK AND OR SCHOOL AND WHEN EMERGENCY PERSONEL ARE SOUNDING THEIR SIRENS THAT WAKES UP THE WORKING CLASS PEOPLE!! WE ALL NEED TO ENFORCE THIS MORE THAT CITY PUTS A HEFTY FINE ON EMERGENCY PERSONEL FOR USING THEIR SIRENS LATE AT NIGHT!!!!! WE NEED TO GET THE CITY TO PUT OUT A LAW WHO CLEARLY STATES THAT IT IS ILLEGAL FOR SIRENS TO BE HEARD PAST 11PM!!!! I BET THAT IF WE ALL PULL TOGETHER AND GET MORE THAN ENOUGH SIGNATURES AND PRESENT THAT TO THE CITY WE CAN ALL PUT AN END TO THE LATE NIGHT NOISE AND HAVE A QUIETER CITY AT NIGHT!!

   Yeah I just had to listen to a police helicopter for an hour and a half and I was considering calling 9/11 and making a noise complaint.
