   Shampoo hair twice cause even though it's clean by the first one it suds up better on the second and I'm obviously an autist, wash face get soap in my nose, regret my life decisions.
   Condition hair and soap up body then shower off body then conditioner, not sure how long conditioner is supposed to stay in, use sponge on top half paying close attention to hands and my back.
   Then wash my cock, soap up the balls and shaft, hips and arse, wash off again.
   Soap up legs and feet, shower off and then sponge off the bottom half.
   
   Also use two towels, one for body and one for hair.
   
   Anything I should add, Zanban?

   I can't remember who, I'm pretty sure she was my assistant, but somebody recently told me that it's beneficial to moisturize afterward. I wouldn't do that, though, I would bring a cup of coffee into the shower instead.

   Sponges/towels/loofas in the shower are disgusting. They gather up so much bacteria if you dont sanitize them regularly.

    Im using BBW's lavender and sandalwood body wash and i have 4 shampoos to choose from. My hair tells me which one it wants each time.
    I moisturize as needed.
    Simple routine.
