   My body was tolerant to shit as a teenager for sure - I used to be able to stay up for 48+ hours (with only coffee) for essays and wouldn't even feel that bad. These days, if I'm sleep deprived by just 4 hours, I can feel the effect it has on my brain and body
   
   Same thing with alcohol - I am more prone to hangovers now - unless I drink a glass of water per double (not fun) or make myself throw up (kinda fun) or have a huge meal before I sleep (very fun)

   My classmates constantly have hangovers, when I had tried alcohol(by accident) I felt nauseous but no effect on the brain or hangover.
