    i'm not familiar with that service, is it good? i usually just use youtube. i have an internet connection anywhere i go and everything is on there.

    it mostly just tracks what music you play and recommends you similar bands. it's pretty good in that sense, there's a streaming radio service that creates playlists based on what you listen to but I haven't tried that in years - it cost like $2/mo or something at the time

    This. I have trouble finding some of the stuff that I like on other services. I want to pay for that youtube red thing but I don't want to spend the money to pay for it.

    It's interesting to look at peoples last.fm accounts and see how common your music taste. The stats are fun too. The discovery engine is better than average but not phenomenal. They did a UI overhaul like a year ago or something and made it a lot shittier though, although the third party tooling still works fine.
