I vaporized a full bowl of kief four times over after having a couple glasses of wine, and I followed this by quickly vaporizing about three cigarettes' worth of nicotine in under 30 seconds with no tolerance. My heart rate is fluctuating between 90 and 115 bpm. I took 250 mg theanine to try and counteract the stimulant effects. I deserve this.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I'll be fine. I'm trying to maintain a steady breath and I expect that will carry me through this. I'm not sure if that's exactly how it works, I'm not very well-read on the subject.

Don't know if it's something to do with my heart or if it's just anxiety and anger issues
I have had heart issues and I'm only 23 so it's probably just that
I know being overweight has something to do with it but I'm not as overweight as I used to be, and I'm working on it
It's funny because my motorcycle has a low weight and engine displacement so I can tell I'm losing weight by how my motorcycle handling improves

I've had severe anxiety before, but this was my first real panic attack. At one point I was very concerned that it might've been serotonin syndrome because I was shivering so much. I think I handled it about as well as I could have.

Yeah, when my heart rate kept rising death was on my mind, I just didn't want my family to find me with NiS open on my browser so I decided to close my laptop and go looking for a Xanax before it got any worse. I was really sure I'd fucked up badly enough for a hospital visit, and if I hadn't had the drugs I probably would've called an ambulance.

I don’t know if that’s really a panic attack though. That sounds like adverse physiological effects from all the droogz. A bad trip basically.
A panic attack to me is more like when there’s no real danger or particular reason for it happening.
