Added incline press to this day, so my pecs don't end up looking like tits. And boy, that was like the best exercise. I have a great pump now; a good v-taper, and I owe it all to that incline press I think. That exercise definitely made the workout for me. I also noticed my triceps/arms were looking good in the gym mirrors. Definitely showing progress, even if it's just the pump.
I'm going to start doing cardio at the start of my final month.

2018-04-02 at 5:16 AM UTCDay 12: Upper Body Power
Squats: 30kg each side
Leg press: 7th setting
Leg extensions: 6th setting
Deadlifts: 30kg each side
Leg curls: 9th setting
Standing calf raise: 25kg each side
Seated calf raise: 13th setting
Pretty good workout; definitely accustomed to it and don't feel like throwing up 24/7 haha.
Also, when I look in the mirror now (without a pump), I look like I have a fit upper body, which is great for 2 weeks. Very motivating! :) -

2018-04-02 at 5:37 AM UTCPlus tip, I usually give between $2-4. But at a restaurant I would tip way more so it evens out
-
2018-04-02 at 5:40 AM UTCDamn that's only a bit more than the delivery fee restaurants themselves charge
Fuck restaurant delivery fees though, if they don't go to the driver there's no reason for them to exist -

Wtf?! How do they make profit from that? They have to drive to the restaurant and then to your house? Shouldn't it cost the same for a normal trip from that restaurant to your house? :confuse: -
2018-04-02 at 5:45 AM UTCThe fucking chinese place I love doesn't deliver to my side of the city, I'm LITERALLY across the street from the end of the delivery zone. I stood across the street in front of someone else's house one time because I pretended I lived there when I ordered, but then the guy asked why I wasn't in my house. Then when I couldn't get back into "my house" (because the door was locked), the guy took my fucking food back.

That’s what I thought too. I dunno I heard that Uber basically makes money no matter what, it’s the drivers (who are “independent contractors”) that actually seem to lose money over time apparently. They just don’t realize it because the steady deposits of cash in their bank account every Monday makes it appear like they’re making money but when you factor in gas and depreciation and taxes and shit, they seem to experience a net loss. -

2018-04-02 at 11:24 AM UTCDunno if it's placebo but I've noticed women are treating me a whole lot nicer. Like they're actually engaging in conversation with me, etc. I DO look more masculine, but 'eh it's probably a coincidence. Can't wait until someone else notices I've been working out though.

Your vanity is confidence denied. You are getting your hopes up for nothing. You are going to be so disappointed. I can't wait to see your tears.
