Let me walk you through it: Sploo thinks that people who go to college are idiots and that they have poor reasons for enrolling, but that he's
different. His plan is to put minimal effort into a four-year
liberal arts degree, and the resume he submits for internships is going to look exactly as you'd expect for a candidate who makes decisions like that. When he's finished, he'll be tens of thousands in debt (at a minimum), and he'll be competing in the job market with other people who got more marketable degrees and still managed to maintain a stellar GPA and secure crucial internships. Maybe sitting down with a school counselor would help sort out this mess, but something tells me that Sploo will have a difficult time cooperating in a small office with somebody who displays a degree in social work on the wall.
