I was completely sober. I was sober for a year and even though I was coming from a bar, I had taken no substances that night. He however was trashed on cheap wine and had made his nasty sausages and sour kraut. -

Honestly am interested in the answer. I've been sexually assaulted and I always resisted. If you don't physically resist but are capable of physically resisting, and haven't been physically threatened or something, you have not been raped. -

Also tried to get away. Squirmed away, told him I didn’t want to have sex multiple times. He just kept pretending like he wouldn’t and then he did.
