2018-03-10 at 6:25 PM UTCWake up, immediately go piss. Take whatever supplements I'm taking that day. Lately its ksm-66, noopept, and some caffeine. Sit on my bed and browse on my phone and talk to people while the caffeine kicks in. Which is what I'm doing now.
If I have school, I'll get dressed and eat light. I'm always up 2h before I have to leave. If I don't have school, I'm usually working the night shift, so I hold off on eating for a few hours and watch tv or read or play lute music or whatever the fuck else -

Have you tried lion's mane? I've heard really good things about it but you have to take it for a while before it starts to take effect, apparently. I ordered some on amazon and have been taking it only for a couple days, so we'll see. -

it works better with a meal. taken with an empty stomach some vitamins go through the alimentary canal 'too fast' for effective absorption and some vitamins work together with certain micro/macro nutrients...and without their presence get shitted/pissed/sweated out without being absorbed.
another example of 'too fast' is the cheapo low-quality vitamin pills that dont break down from solid-tablet to liquid-goo quickly enough in the alimentary canal and wind up getting shit out as chunks of vitamin pill...literally wasted. -

I have em after dinner yeah, that's what it says on the pot at least.
I don't sift through my shit though so I can't tell ya if they break down quick enough or not
