My brain is fucked up from being in the military and I can never sleep. Anyways my family doesn't believe me that I can find information on the internet and that I know everything and they keep bugging me to go to the doctor. I told them exactly what would happen, the doctor would tell me to read before bed, meditate, not go on electronics within an hour or two of bed, take melatonin, eat healthy and exercise, and once I told them that I had tried all that (exercise actually makes it worth, without fail), they would prescribe me ambien.
Anyways that's precisely what happened. So now I got some ambien but I'm sober off benzos right now and have no intention of taking any for a while still because I became somewhat dependent on etizolam. Ambien is not safe to take without risking bringing back that dependency, right? I think I'm just going to keep getting the pills and stocking up on them just to have them.

We've went over this multiple times finny. I was in the marines and it makes you insecure. You already know this. I don't understand why I have to remind you every time this comes up.

I don't think it should be an issue, the Z-drugs don't hit GABA receptors like standard benzos do, even if they are of a very similar class - doctors are typically less hesitant to prescribe them because they're not physically addictive (may become dependent on them to sleep though), but have become MORE hesitant because of the crazy blackouts.
Speaking of I won't use them anymore; every time I have in the past I've done dumb and/or crazy shit and haven't remembered any of it. It might be because I went hard on the dosage but it doesn't really seem worthwhile.

Ambien doesn't work for me at all I always end up feeling it and feeling a little giddy then I black out and wake up and realize I drove a car and hit a pair tree, lost my phone, ect...
