It's the levoamphetamine part that does that I think, levo causes a lot more physical stimulation and related side effects than it's dex counterpart. Straight dexamp formulations like Dexedrine, Vyvanse, and high quality single isomer methamp feel a lot less physically dirty in my experience.The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire! -

I was up to near 60 because I couldn't focus on reading or a conversation. it helped but not long enough. 20x3 a day = 60 with 120 Norco I was taking. It's must safer and there is no lift feeling with sr except without it, i can't stay awake an entire day.
mixed with my other meds, I'm leveled out most of the day. i can drive, function but not talk very well. Gabapentin side effect. i wish I was on it when the cop pulled me over, but I don't leave for 2 hours so i can function and talk somewhat without pause talking.
ADHD Adult is real. I describe it as reading a paragraph and my eyes blur (but it's attention not the eyes) and then thinking of something and or having to reread because it's impossible to remember what you read or it makes sense in the wrong way and you have to reread the context?
