This dude does them for $5: http://www.horriblelogos.com/ but you know, get what you pay for.
Typically the scope of work you hire a professional gay porner (like not some dude on a freelancing site) for is a lot bigger than one logo though. Like they'll make a number of drafts and design marketing materials and site layouts and shit and all of that has interplay -

2018-03-05 at 12:20 AM UTCI paid someone $75 for a logo once. It was pretty good. Never could have thought of that shit myself. I just don't have a creative mind

I should have said it differently. I do have a creative mind, just not in the same way. I can't paint a picture, or carve something out of wood. What I can do is come up with a creative solution to a problem, or write an interesting article, shit like that. In fact people pay me a lot of money to do these things.
Also, I'm mixed white/asian - the master race. -

2018-03-05 at 3:30 AM UTCFor one example, you can work for any CPG company designing graphics for retail packaging, which changes all the time. Not only the big changes like logo changes, rebranding, new item launches, etc., but any small change such as a change to an ingredient statement, an allergen, UPC, or any other callout. Expand your existing frame of reference and the possibilities are endless.

Yup, this is a small part of what the designers at my company do. -

There is so much going on in opening a business, many people would rather pay someone else to do it. That goes for just about any job. There are many jobs that people can do by themselves, but are either too lazy/lack interest, too busy, etc to do it. So they hire someone. Pretty straightforward, fam.
I just used the new business example as an example of why someone might pay someone to do it, but there are plenty others.
consultants tho? lol
