    lunch is delivered to classrooms on carts, like room-service or there are several smaller dining-rooms spread out. decentralized lockers. decentralized parking, and loading/unloading of students at many different doors, even these now-thinned-out 'bottlenecks' can be broken up more by having two or three different start and end of schooldays staggered by say 20-30 minutes. ie say they are taking a full load of classes - then some ppl go 7:00 to 3:00, some go 7:30 to 3:30, some go 8:00 to 4:00. can vary these hours even more by letting students 'telecommute' at times, and take some classes almost entirely at home. when a student starts acting like a little psycho then make them do all online classes - i remember some trouble kids that ended up doing that after getting kicked out of a few schools.
    
    want to add some oppression? metal-detectors at all the entrances. don't want to hire 20+ security gaurds? train some of the hard-ass teachers to run them.
    
    build a few watch-towers that provides good coverage of most of the entry and exit points and put sharpshooters in them. they don't even all have to be staffed at any given time as long as no one knows which ones are/are not staffed at any given moment.

    how about all the cops who normally spend their entire day writing tickets? tell them to cut that shit out for 30 minutes or an hour a day and go to whatever school(s) are on their beat and walk the halls at a class change or two.
