This is why i want to get into some kind of programming class. just bite the big fees and maybe man up and Join a bootcamp. but I am broke and barely have enough to pay next months car payments, insurance, phone and food. so even if I had all 20-30k given to me.. I'd still wouldn't have time to work and live.
I have to take the slower rout
you don't need classes to learn to program man, the web is over flowing with learning resources for every programming language going. most of the best hackers taught themselves that way.

I'm sure someone has taught themselves to do surgery on their own. even dentistry. a man in this documentary was doing the villiages dentistry using a dremel and did a great job.
but you need to be certified. I could take a certification .. but they're pricey too. and I think you have to pay each time if you don't do it correctly the first time. at least in the USA> -

Certification is the path to money if you are in restricted entry profession, such as medicine or law. Only a doctor can write a prescription for instance.
There is no such restriction on entry in software. -
2018-02-23 at 12:22 PM UTCthis^. you just gotta get a little bit creative in how you show companies what you're capable of. plus you can freelance to build your portfolio. if they see you're very capable of doing the job they require then they'll be interested. even for hackers that went to college, most of what they know was self-taught after school by putting it into practice. for the best programmers its also their biggest hobby/interest as well as their livelihood.

Faster data speeds have absolutely nothing to do with government spying.
In this case, I think he means that faster speeds just means that you're letting the government collect your data at a higher rate. But it's not a very good joke or comic, for sure.
Political cartoonists are generally very hit or miss. The Net Neutrality episode was pretty funny to me, it's obvious that they didn't understand the issue at all and generally operate on very broad and shallow assumptions:

Umm basic logic at least states it could be used in that very sense of faster downloads = faster uploads of trading packets of data to clear a phones HDD in minutes of everything that exists within. -
